This museum holds many treasures of Tooele County including an old Tooele Valley Railroad Engine that for years ran on Vine Street from the main line at Warner Station west of Tooele, to the international Smelting and Refining Company on the east bench of the Oquirrh Mountains.  The rain carried both supplies and finished materials between both points, and provided transportation for employees.  Inside the museum, which was the station depot, are artifacts and displays that tell about Tooele City’s early history.
