Our Mission

We strive to reduce the trauma resulting from crime by empowering and assisting crime victims and witnesses in reconstructing their lives through advocacy, support, information, and referrals.

Your Rights

In Utah, as a victim of a crime, you are afforded certain rights under the law.  The Court Victim Advocate works diligently to ensure those rights are protected and enforced throughout the criminal justice system process.
