What is the mission of the Board?

The airport board shall serve in an advisory capacity for overseeing and managing business affairs, property and staff of the airport. Board members shall have all powers necessary, whether specified or unspecified in its bylaws, to carry out the duties and responsibilities of their office. The board shall not supercede the authority of Tooele County as the contracting agent for the airport or as the employer of the employees at the airport.

Terms coincide with the term of elected office, with the exception of Wendover City council member who is appointed annually.
