Administrative Hearing Officer

Established

By Tooele County Council, Ordinance No. 2020-27.

Duties

In order to provide for just and fair treatment in the administration of Tooele County ordinances, and to ensure that substantial justice is done, there is hereby created the office of administrative hearing officer to exercise the powers and duties provided in this chapter.

Membership

The County Council may appoint as many Administrative Hearing Officers as necessary.
