Candidate Filing Deadlines
- Jan 2 – Candidate Filing Begins.
- Jan 8 – Candidate Filing Closes at 5pm (exceptions for Unaffiliated candidates & Judicial races)
- July 1-15 – Judicial Candidate Filing Period
Presidential Primary Election
- Jan 19 – Last Day to Withdraw Candidacy to be Removed from the Ballot
- Jan 19 – UOCAVA Ballots Transmitted. To request a ballot under UOCAVA, click here.
- Feb 13 – Vote-by-Mail Ballots Mailed If you do not receive your ballot by Feb 16, please contact our office at 435-843-3140
- Feb 15 – Logic and Accuracy Testing, 12pm Clerk’s Office A public test and demonstration of the elections equipment prior to counting official ballots.
- Feb 23 – Voter Registration Deadline To update your voter registration, click here.
- Feb 26-Mar 1 – In-Office Early Voting Period 9am-430pm each day at the Clerk’s Office.
- Varies – Candidate Financial Disclosure Deadline To view various deadlines, click here.
- Feb 27 – Last Day to Request a Replacement Ballot To request a replacement ballot, contact our office at elections@tooeleco.org or 435-843-3140.
- Mar 4 – Postmark Deadline To avoid missing the postmark deadline, you can return your ballot to any of the ballot drop boxes.
- Mar 5 – Election Day In-Person polling location and ballot drop boxes will be open until 8pm.
- Mar 18 – Ballot Curing Affidavit Deadline Must be submitted by 5pm in order to count ballot
- TBD – Election Audit A public audit will be performed of the ballots cast, County Clerk’s Office
- Mar 19 – Board of Canvassers Meeting Board of Canvassers will certify the election results. Election results are preliminary until they are certified.
June Primary Election
