List of Valid Signers

Signers who wish to have their signature removed from a petition must submit a proper request to the County Clerk. The statement must include:

  • The voter’s name
  • The residential address of the voter, as shown in voter registration system
  • A request for signature removal from a petition (identify the petition in your request)
  • A written signature (digitally signed requests will not be accepted)
  • A date for the request

    To increase the likelihood of signature removal, please optionally include:
  • A birthdate

Signatures may be removed up to 45 days after the name is posted at the link above.
There is not a specific form required and it does not have to be notarized.
